TWO NEW BASS GUITAR BLANK TAB & CHORD BOX BOOKS

GMI is delighted to announce the launch of not one, but two new resource books for bass guitarists. Both are derivatives of resource books we created for guitarists, but we are already seeing a fast uptake from bassists around the world.

They are well designed but not expensive and we’ve sell a growing amount around the world and we’re always looking to expand our range.

BLANK BASS CHORD DIAGRAMS BOOK

First up is a book we feel should have been brought out years ago, but we’ve been so busy writing and launching new music it fell by the wayside.

Each page of the 100 page book includes 12 chord boxes that are six frets long. As we say in the book copy, no more bits and pieces of paper with odd chords or scales here and there.

BASS GUITAR BLANK TAB BOOK

The second of our bass guitar resource books offers blank music and TAB pages. There are one hundred pages with five stave/TAB systems per page. blank tab for bass book

We have changed our blank TAB guitar book with an increased image size (see below) and we will do the same to reflect this is the bass book.

These books (for both bass and guitar) are great for noting down solos, ideas, for teaching students as well as composition ideas with TAB if needed for non-readers.

OUR OTHER GUITAR RESOURCE BOOK

GUITAR TAB NOTEBOOK

GMI – Guitar & Music Institute has to date created a growing and updated range of “resource” books for guitar players. This has included:

blank guitar tab book

Guitar Staff & TAB – This book offers 100 pages of blank music staffs & TAB for your ideas and concepts, all in one easy to find book.

We looked at the feedback we were getting on Amazon and have recently responded to some negative comments by increased the size of the staff + TAB graphics.

GUITAR CHORD BOXES

The first up for the guitar resource range is by far our most popular book in the range. With close to one hundred reviews which gives us close to a 5 out of 5, the blank guitar chord blank chord box book for guitarbox book is an evergreen that people like to use.

The convenience of having all your chord ideas in one place is probably the best thing about this. With one hundred pages of sixteen blank chord boxes per page (each of five frets each) you have a whopping one thousand six hundred chord boxes to fill up before you need a new book. As the books are low cost, it’s a no brainer to buy a couple at a time.

GUITAR TAB & CHORD BOXES

This book combines the best of both worlds with TAB and chord blank chord boxes being blank guitar boxes and tab bookoffered up on the same page. There are seven blank TABS and ten chord boxes per page.

The book contains one hundred blank TAB and chord box sheets. We didn’t know how well this guitar resource book would do, but overall it seems to be quite popular.

This book is especially popular with songwriters who want to map out licks and chords that happen. The other area is when guitarists are putting solos together and want to see the specific chords being used in the backing when working on the single line ideas.

GUITAR NECK DIAGRAMS

The next book came about as we were getting requests about creating a blank guitar neck book. So, it’s important to listen and we did just that. There is not a lot to say about this book other than blank guitar neck diagramsthat it does exactly what it says on the tin to repeat an old advert!

Two guitar necks with fourteen frets on each so you can write above the octave that you are currently in. The diagrams are shown from fret one to fret fourteen. Also shown is the nut and the fret markers up the neck.

GUITAR PRACTICE BOOK

The final resource book from GMI is a practice book. It’s had mixed reviews and we have to confess that some of the negative reviews are, well laughable. One person complained that guitar practice notebookthe practice notebook was actually for use with a teacher…he/she got that one right, because that is exactly what is should be used for.

The other point that makes us scratch our collective heads is that before buying on Amazon, the person can see exactly what is in the book. This includes notes for the pupil, teacher remarks (if needed), music staffs, TAB staff, chord boxes. Anyway, it’s impossible to keep everyone happy, but we’ll just keep on trying!

If you like any of the guitar resource books then please click the links which will take you to Amazon. We will be adding all of these books to our flat lie spiral bound range found at the GMI guitar shop.
