This book had to make the list as it offers you the opportunity that in just six weeks you’ll be a rock guitar God in the making! The book is written by renown UK based guitarist Owen Edwards who must surely have some Welsh blood in him with a name like that.
The book uses musical examples from the great guitarists and bands of the 60s, 70s and 80s to teach you the building blocks. This is a book for the budding rock guitarist and not for seasoned players.
The book comes in at a rather heavy one hundred and ninety two pages plus a CD.
WHAT DOÂ THE REVIEWS SAY?
Despite the title, the reviews are good and they all state that the book is well worth the money. If you know of someone looking to get into rock guitar or your a teacher who needs some material for your teaching, this may well be a good buy.
